Job Summary
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) – Senior Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology, data, or shared-service teams. This role is responsible for understanding business priorities, translating needs into actionable requirements, supporting solution delivery, and helping ensure that initiatives align with organizational goals.
The Senior Analyst level is expected to operate with a moderate degree of independence, manage stakeholder relationships effectively, support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in business processes, service delivery, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and business cases.
Act as a trusted point of contact between business teams and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
Support demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and drive decisions.
Monitor project or initiative progress and help manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
Track and communicate status, milestones, and business value to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation, and service enhancement.
Support testing, user acceptance, training, and adoption activities for new solutions or process changes.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of assigned business functions, processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews and governance forums.
Contribute to relationship management practices, service management discipline, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Typically 3–6 years of experience in business analysis,
relationship management, project delivery, process improvement, or a related role.
Experience working across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in BRM, IT business partnering, PMO, digital transformation, or shared services environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of process mapping, business case development, and change management practices.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
BRMP, CBAP, PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
