Got a knack for turning scrolls into clicks and content into conversions? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer - Social Media Expert to take our brand to the next level and help us connect with future homeowners in meaningful ways.

This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can pitch and execute ideas, and is excited to leverage AI tools and modern workflows to scale creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality designs for: Social media content, Print materials, Website graphics and Motion graphics / animated text
- Handle large volumes of creative output while maintaining quality and consistency
- Develop and pitch creative concepts and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on branding and messaging
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Stay updated with trends in design, social media, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills — able to clearly present and sell ideas
- Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools for design
- Proven agency experience
- Exceptional design skills across multiple formats
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of creativity, ownership, and culture fit

Nice to Have

- Experience managing or working with a full creative team
- Background in campaign development or brand storytelling




- Familiarity with automation tools and scalable design systems
