As an Sea Logistcs Operational Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and following up on operational and documentation processes for ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bookings, documentation, system updates, and shipment information.

How you create impact

- Manage assigned operational cases, bookings, ad-hoc requests, and shipments, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Monitor and update shipment statuses, trackers, and operational information to ensure accurate visibility and traceability.
- Coordinate shipping instructions, pre-alerts, documentation, and pick-ups throughout the export process.
- Maintain effective communication with Carriers, transporters, CCL, Team Leaders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor changes and issues affecting specific routes and support route optimization and improvements in transit times and shipment schedules.
- Manage dangerous goods (DG) shipments in compliance with applicable international regulations and established escalation procedures.
- Review and validate commercial and cargo documentation, identifying and reporting discrepancies to ensure compliance with international trade requirements.




- Ensure the accurate assignment and alignment of orders and bookings throughout the operational process.

What we would like you to bring

- At least 1+ year of experience in ocean freight, freight forwarding, customs, or related international trade operations.
- Experience in Maritime Export operations
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
