ImagineSign & Design is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer based in Mexico to join our team as a long-term independent contractor.

We specialize in custom signage and environmental graphics for commercial projects throughout the United States. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with architectural drawings, enjoys technical design, and can take a project from concept through final production drawings.

What You'll Do

- Create interior and exterior signage designs in Adobe Illustrator
- Place and scale signage accurately on architectural elevations and floor plans
- Prepare client design presentations and technical drawing packages
- Design channel letters, dimensional lettering, sign cabinets, vinyl graphics, ADA/wayfinding signage and similar products
- Add dimensions, materials, colors and basic installation/mounting information to drawings
- Revise drawings based on client and project-team feedback
- Prepare approved designs for fabrication and production
- Maintain clean, organized and consistent project files
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision

What We're Looking For

- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable reading architectural elevations, floor plans and field measurements
- Ability to work accurately with dimensions and scale
- Experience with signage, environmental graphics, architectural graphics,



fabrication or similar technical design is strongly preferred
- Ability to learn established design standards and apply them consistently
- Organized, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Able to communicate and ask questions when information is unclear
- Comfortable receiving feedback and incorporating corrections into future work
- Working English proficiency — our clients, drawings and project documentation are primarily in English

We're especially interested in designers with experience in señalética, wayfinding, rotulación, diseño gráfico ambiental, architectural graphics, exhibit design, retail design or sign fabrication.
