Técnico de Facilidades

Resumen del Puesto

El Técnico de Facilidades es responsable del mantenimiento, reparación y supervisión de los sistemas e instalaciones de un edificio o complejo. Su objetivo es garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente y seguro de las infraestructuras, incluyendo electricidad, plomería, climatización, carpintería y otros sistemas esenciales.

Responsabilidades Principales

- Realizar inspecciones y mantenimiento preventivo en las instalaciones.

- Diagnosticar y reparar averías en sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, de climatización y otros.

- Coordinar con proveedores y contratistas para trabajos especializados.





- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y regulaciones locales.

- Gestionar el inventario de herramientas y materiales de mantenimiento.

- Llevar registros de mantenimiento y reportar problemas a la administración. Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de mejoras en las instalaciones.

Requisitos:

- Educación: Técnico en mantenimiento industrial, electromecánica, refrigeración, electricidad o afines.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo para rolar turnos
- Experiencia: 1-3 años en mantenimiento de edificios, oficinas o industrias.
- Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos.
- Fontanería y climatización.
- Normativas de seguridad e higiene.
- Uso de herramientas y equipos de mantenimiento.

Habilidades:

- Resolución de problemas.

- Organización y gestión del tiempo.

- Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.

- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
