Hybrid role in CDMX

About the Role:

- Focused on project coordination and delivery across technical and business teams
- Involvement in planning, tracking, and execution of initiatives
- Strong emphasis on ownership, proactivity, and meeting deadlines
- Exposure to full project lifecycle and Agile environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track scope, timeline, and cost (triple constraint)
- Create and maintain project plans and tracking artifacts
- Coordinate across all delivery phases:
- Requirements refinement
- Design
- Development
- Testing (SIT/UAT)
- Deployment
- Post-production support

- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Ensure timely escalation of blockers
- Drive delivery with a strong deadline-oriented mindset
- Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Take ownership of deliverables and follow-ups
- Prepare status updates and reporting (decks, trackers)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Must-Have Skills:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management frameworks:

- PMI / PMBOK (conceptual understanding)
- Agile (Scrum)

- Experience managing:

- Scope, time, and cost
- Project planning and tracking

- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle phases





- Experience tracking:

- Timelines
- Dependencies
- Risks and issues

- Strong delivery mindset and focus on deadlines

- Ownership and accountability over tasks and deliverables

- Proactive attitude (self-driven, doesn’t wait for instructions)

- Experience coordinating across teams

- Tools:

- Excel (tracking & reporting)
- PowerPoint (status decks)
- Jira / ServiceNow (basic knowledge)
- MS Teams / Outlook
- Copilot (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Certifications:

- CAPM (highly preferred)
- Scrum (CSM / PSM I)

- Financial services experience:

- Banking environments
- Core banking systems
- Regulatory systems

- Basic knowledge of:

- Compliance
- Controls / audit

- Stronger Agile exposure:

- Active participation in ceremonies
- Sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives

- Experience as:

- Scrum Master proxy
- Squad coordinator
