The opportunity

As Retail Design Intern for Puig Mexico, you will be responsible to guarantee the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by supporting the management of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for permanent and temporary furniture.

Responsabilities

- Support the management of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for permanent and temporary furniture across points of sale.

- Coordinate maintenance projects, supplier visits, and service execution timelines.

- Act as a liaison between suppliers, supervisors, retailers, Marketing, and Retail teams.

- Support the creation and follow-up of purchase requisitions and purchase orders with the Purchasing team.

- Review quotations and ensure proper approval processes are completed.

- Manage supplier access requests and permits for store interventions.

- Track maintenance reports and coordinate resolutions with field teams.

- Assist in creating design proposals for temporary retail spaces and store enhancement projects.

- Coordinate digital screen content updates and visual asset requests.

- Maintain updated databases, inventories, reports, and project trackers.

- Collect photographic evidence and prepare execution reports for installations and maintenance activities.





- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing Retail Design initiatives.

We'd love to meet you if you...

- Active student in Business Managerment, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or International Business.
- Basic project management skills, including planning, organization, follow-up and status tracking.

- English level: Intermediate
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reports).
