Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or OCM

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong stakeholder management capabilities

· Training and enablement experience

· Project management experience

· Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments

· Resistance management experience

· Executive and sponsor engagement experience

· Experience working within PMO or structured project environments

· Experience applying a structured OCM methodology

Preferred Qualifications

· Prosci certification or hands-on experience with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology

· Cybersecurity/IT transformation experience

· Consulting or client-facing experience

· Experience supporting large enterprise transformations

· Experience working with established OCM standards and templates

· Experience measuring adoption and business outcomes
