Job Title: Industrial Gas Boiler Technician (International / Mexico Local)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Gas Boiler Technician with hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial gas-fired boiler systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, industrial plant experience, and excellent English communication and speaking skills to effectively collaborate with international customers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial gas boiler systems and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on steam and hot water boiler systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, combustion, and control system faults.
- Conduct burner tuning, combustion analysis, and performance optimisation to improve boiler efficiency.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, electrical schematics, technical drawings, and OEM manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, and operating procedures.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation in English.
- Support equipment commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, engineering, and customer teams to minimise equipment downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel when required.
- Travel to customer sites across Mexico or internationally as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Boiler Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience working with gas-fired steam or hot water boiler systems.




- Strong knowledge of:
- Industrial gas boilers and burners
- Steam generation systems
- Combustion systems
- Pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and piping
- Boiler control systems, PLCs, sensors, and instrumentation
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, power generation, automotive, or oil & gas is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Language Requirements

- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to communicate confidently with international customers, engineers, and project teams.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred for candidates based in Mexico.

- Experience with industrial boiler brands such as Bosch, Miura, Cleaver-Brooks, Fulton, Hurst, Cochran, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of combustion tuning, burner management systems (BMS), PLC-based controls, and industrial automation.
- Experience in commissioning and field service for industrial boiler installations.
- International field service or multinational project experience is an advantage.
