Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement.
- Handle client communications via email, phone, and text in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost estimates for contracted work.
- Coordinate proposal creation, including estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Present proposals to clients and support negotiations to close opportunities.
- Oversee onboarding, transitions, and offboarding of clients and vendors.
- Negotiate, coordinate, and manage projects with service providers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with contract scope and service levels.
- Track project progress, identify discrepancies, and follow up on service issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and client documentation.
- Conduct client feedback surveys related to performance, quality, and service needs.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support overall business development efforts.

Requirements:

- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Must reside in Mexico.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation, sales, negotiations, or project management.
- Experience in customer service (phone or in-person), mandatory with U.S. clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred).

Technical Requirements:

- Laptop or PC with:
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 (or equivalent)
- 256 GB available storage
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)

What We Offer:

- Fully remote position from anywhere in Mexico.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST (1-hour lunch break).
- Bi-weekly salary: $400 USD (possible increase to $450 after 2 months).
- Long-term contract with growth opportunities.
- Two weeks of paid time off annually.
- Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo).
