Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Promptly attend to and qualify prospects coming from our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Technical Consulting: Provide detailed information regarding our products, including dimensions, finishes, recommended uses, and inventory availability.
- Quoting & Follow-up: Prepare accurate price quotes and maintain consistent follow-up until the sale is finalised.
- Sales Logistics: Coordinate with the production and warehouse departments to verify lead times, stock levels, and material transfers between locations.
- Client Relations: Maintain professional and fluid communication with architects, designers, and end customers to ensure a premium buying experience.

Requirements:

- Digital Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business,



and professional email etiquette.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and grammar skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical processes clearly.
- Language: Professional English proficiency (capable of business conversations and professional writing).
- Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with excellent time management skills and a focus on hitting targets.

We offer: Base Salary ($16,000 Monthly) + Sales Bonus
