2. Overall HC management
Align HC planning (all functions) with project ramps and production targets.
3. Overall Layout & Flow Optimization
Manage Overall Layout Planning and Execution, including layout changes, facility relocations, and new line setups..
Drive Production Flow Optimization to streamline manufacturing processes, minimize material handling, and eliminate bottlenecks.
4. Overall Productivity Management
Stablishing baselines and tracking performance metrics across projects.
Monitor and Analyze OEE and UPPH, identifying optimization opportunities to maximize line efficiency and output.
5. Manage Quotations and Costing Activities
New business RFQ, Rework cost, etc.
Required Experience & Education
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3 - 5 years product/production engineering experience, including hands-on product design, development, testing and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team-lead experience overseeing engineers or technicians.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Layout, station and line design; workstation ergonomics.
- Capacity planning and reports, production cycle time optimization and cost analysis.
- Project management and change management; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Line Balance
- 7 Quality Tools
- 8 Waste / Lean fundamentals
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- UPH, UPPH, line balance, HC per station, yield/quality rates, OEE, takt time, cycle time.
- Resource planning tools and improvement project trackers.
Certifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt .
- Ergonomics certification.
- IPC-A-610 (as applicable).
- ESD certification.
