Storm Leads Generator is a fast-growing U.S.-based roofing company that helps homeowners protect one of their most valuable investments through professional roof inspections and roofing solutions.

We're looking for a competitive, results-driven Sales Coach who is passionate about developing people, improving sales performance, and building winning teams. Your Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Appointment Setters in a fast-paced remote sales environment.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on improving appointment conversion, objection handling, communication, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity and KPI attainment.
- Review recorded calls and deliver structured Quality Assurance (QA) feedback.
- Identify individual performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure team members consistently follow company scripts, CRM documentation standards and operational processes.
- Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, professionalism and overall accountability.
- Conduct team meetings to reinforce performance expectations, celebrate wins, and communicate operational updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development Manager to reinforce training initiatives and identify coaching opportunities.
- Provide weekly and daily performance reports, coaching summaries and recommendations to Operations Leadership.




- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience leading or coaching outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing or call center teams.
- Proven experience improving team KPIs through coaching and performance management.
- Experience conducting Quality Assurance evaluations and call reviews.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, predictive dialers and sales reporting tools.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable coaching strategies.
- Self-motivated and comfortable leading remote teams.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.

Experience in Roofing, Home Services, Solar, HVAC, Insurance, Home Improvement, Construction, or BPO environments is highly preferred.

Compensation

- Starting compensation from $7.00 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
