At ACSI, we have supported U.S. businesses through bilingual contact center solutions for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a near-native bilingual talent to join our medical campaign team.
Main Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments
- Provide follow-up assistance to patients
- Update customer information in the system
- Deliver excellent customer service over the phone

- Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Weekends off
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency; assessment required
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Updated employment documents (RFC and NSS)
