High‑Volume Recruiter

Location: Anywhere in Mexico (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, bilingual recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves engaging with candidates. This role is all about high‑volume recruitment.

If you’ve worked as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, HR Analyst and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, this is your chance to step into a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates daily across multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess fit quickly and effectively.
- Submit top candidates and follow up to keep them engaged.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Qualifications





- 2+ years of recruitment experience for manufacturing, operative, admin, customer service or related blue collar roles.
- Conversational English (able to hold interviews and discussions).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Energetic, proactive, and team‑oriented.
