We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to support lifecycle campaign execution across multiple consumer brands in our portfolio, reaching players in the sports betting and casino gaming space. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer, with some hands-on experience through an internship or a first role, who wants to build a career in CRM and lifecycle marketing. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push, and email, not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.

You'll support the CRM Manager and senior CRM specialists in building and QA'ing campaigns in Braze spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation. This is a strong entry point into lifecycle marketing and marketing technology, with hands-on mentorship as you grow into more ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building, testing, and deploying lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging in Braze, under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the setup of promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segments
- Help maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and creative asset libraries across brands
- Perform QA checks on dynamic content, personalization logic,



segmentation, and deliverability
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to learn how CRM workflows are built and optimized
- Support performance tracking and reporting on engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics, flagging anything that looks off
- Contribute ideas and creative input to lifecycle and promotional initiatives

Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, ideally through an internship, co-op, or entry-level role; exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing is a strong plus
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform is a plus, not required, we'll train the right candidate
- Experience in or strong interest in the American sports betting and casino gaming industry
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable communicating cross-functionally, including with engineering
- Passion for consumer digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainment
- C1 English proficiency required; this role collaborates daily with integral teams, primarily based in the US
- This is an onsite, independent contractor role based in our Monterrey, Nuevo León office
