Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana

Requirements:

- 1+ year of call center experience required; prior back-office experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

This is a full-time position requiring only 42.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

- Review and process contracts to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Follow up on missing information with agents and uplines.
- Coordinate communication between agents and insurance carriers.
- Handle administrative requests and operational updates.
- Identify and report recurring issues to support process improvement.
