Digital Learning Content & Training Intern

Position Objective

Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of digital learning content, while assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs that contribute to Organizational Development initiatives and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of digital learning courses and training materials using Storyline and other learning tools.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure content functionality, navigation, and user experience.
- Manage learning resources and support course administration within the LMS platform.
- Develop training materials, visual resources, guides, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with the organization, logistics, and facilitation of internal training sessions.
- Provide basic user support and contribute to Organizational Development projects related to learning and training.
