Description
Summary: Experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. The idóneo candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and DevOps practices, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications in alignment with business and technical requirements. Configure and extend Dynamics 365 functionality using custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Fx. Develop and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and other Power Platform solutions. Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware platforms, and other integration technologies.



Power Platform Development Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform services to automate business processes and enhance application functionality. Design scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience. Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices. DevOps & Application Lifecycle Management Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment across development, test, and production environments. Support source control, automated testing, release management, and deployment automation initiatives. Collaboration & Support Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and project teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. .
