We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant Jr (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Staff Accountant Jr, you will be responsible for supporting the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various accounting tasks.About the Role - Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.- Support month-end and year-end close processes.- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.- Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.About You - Bachelor’s degree in accounting.- Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable within a Shared Services Center environment.- Knowledge of financial reporting standards.- Strong analytical, problem-solving,
