In ALTEN we are seeking a Front Suspension Design Engineer to lead the redesign of front suspension systems for next-gen electric vehicles. You will focus on transitioning from transverse leaf springs to coil-over spring architectures, ensuring compatibility with steering, driveline, and chassis systems. This role requires a strong background in mechanical design, package integration, and durability analysis, with a hands-on approach to solving complex engineering challenges.? Key Responsibilities:- Define component and system engineering requirements.- Create and develop engineering designs and concepts.- Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies.- Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases.- Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities.- Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues.- Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers,
