We’re Hiring | Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing Project From Juarez. We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing line implementation and plant new lines start-ups.

This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy building operations from the ground up, leading installations, and working in international environments .

What you’ll do

- Implement and start up assembly & manufacturing lines
- Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup
- Supervise facilities installation (electricity, gas, compressed air)
- Design plant layouts using AutoCAD
- Manage purchase requisitions, budgets, and cost tracking
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Provide on-site support and ensure safety & quality standards

✅ What we’re looking for

- Industrial Engineer -prefered- (or related field)




- Experience in manufacturing line implementation or plant start-ups
- Strong plant layout & workstation design skills
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Budget & procurement management experience
- Advanced English + Spanish (Prefered)
- Availability to travel
- Valid USA VISA (Prefered)
- Immediate or short-term availability
