? About the Role

We are looking for a part-time AI Video Production Editor to help scale a repeatable video content series.

This is not a traditional creative video editing role.

The company already has a defined video format, visual structure, and editing process. The goal is to find someone who can follow that formula consistently, produce videos quickly, and use AI and automation tools to improve the production workflow.

The idóneo candidate is technically curious, highly efficient, and naturally looks for ways to turn repetitive production work into a scalable system.

? What You'll Do

- Edit a high-volume series of videos using an established format.
- Produce approximately 20 videos per month initially, with the ability to scale toward 50 videos per month.
- Edit videos approximately 10–20 minutes long.
- Assemble intro footage, screen recordings, content creator footage, pre-designed animations, and timed visual elements.
- Follow a consistent editing structure across every video in the series.
- Ensure videos remain visually consistent and repeatable.
- Work from raw footage and established examples.
- Optimize editing workflows for speed and scalability.
- Use AI-powered editing tools to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Explore ways to automate parts of the production process.
- Potentially create or use an AI video agent to help execute repeatable editing tasks.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the production system.

? Content Workflow

- Organize incoming raw footage.
- Track creator submissions.
- Manage parts of the creator content pipeline.
- Ensure the right assets are ready for editing.
- Maintain a consistent production workflow from raw footage to final video.

? What the Videos Look Like

- A short introduction.
- A screen-recorded walkthrough of a banking or fintech application.
- Pre-designed animations displayed alongside the walkthrough.




- Timed graphics that correspond with what is happening on screen.

? What Success Looks Like

- Consistent video output using the established format.
- Ability to scale production toward 50 videos per month.
- Fast and predictable turnaround times.
- Accurate implementation of the established editing formula.

- Minimal variation between videos in the same series.

- Basic coding or scripting experience.
- Experience with SaaS, fintech, product walkthroughs, or tutorial videos.
- Experience managing high-volume content production.
- Experience coordinating content creators or raw asset pipelines.
