Role Description The Amazon US Compliance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Pyle USA products and listings comply with Amazon US marketplace policies, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing product documentation and listings, monitoring policy changes, conducting compliance audits, and resolving listing or account issues with Amazon Seller Support.

The specialist will collaborate with product, operations, legal, and customer service teams to implement compliance guidelines, maintain accurate and up-to-date listing information, and mitigate risk related to safety, labeling,



and content requirements. The role also involves tracking compliance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance marketplace performance and reduce compliance-related disruptions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills, with experience interpreting marketplace and product regulations.
- Candidates should possess solid Legal Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with consumer product standards, labeling, and documentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and proactively address compliance risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating across teams and interacting with Amazon support and external partners.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms, including listing management and policy review, is highly beneficial.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, and online ticketing systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in marketplace compliance.
