About The Company: Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for an Sr API Developer to join our center at Randstad Mexico.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, build and maintain integration solutions using REST APIs, ESB, IPaaS, EDA/Microservices technologies.
- Responsible for defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including Blueprint documentation. Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts.
- Architect and develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range.
- Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues.
- Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape.
- Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
- Acting as key point of contact and work cross functionally with all product delivery leads on providing solution architecture decisions.
- Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics.

Requirements:

- Degree (Bachelor or Masters ) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7 years of proven experience as a Software Development Lead, Integration Architect and/or as Software developer
- Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required:
- Strong knowledge of APIGEE, REST APIs, Kafka, IPaaS etc.



Hands on any of the IPaaS (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc..)
- Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microservices and/or JAVA/Python is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and strong ability to influence others.
- Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams.
