We’re searching for someone to work on our Business Development team as an appointment setterfull-time. You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our company, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and scheduling appointments with our acquisitions team. Responsibilities
- Call new leads quickly that fill out forms online that they are looking to sell
- Answer inbound inquiries and lead calls, analyze their reason for selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard
- Manage team member schedules, including setting appointments for acquisitions members, to foster company growth
- Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience setting appointments is ideal
- Experience in real estate idóneo
- CRM experience is a must
