Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Follow detailed work instructions to perform basic kitchen tasks, such as operating utensils, packaging products, cleaning kitchen areas and items.
- Ability to learn, retain information the basic processes of food production.
- Perform daily custodial maintenance tasks of basic complexity including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal, and responding appropriately to requests as needed.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.

Required Qualifications

Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team

Ability to work overtime, as required

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)
