Duration: Temporary position through December, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on operational needs.
About the Position
We are looking for a Bilingual Inventory Analyst to join Samsung’s operation. The position is responsible for controlling, auditing, and managing inventory movements, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper reconciliation, and efficient warehouse space utilization.
Conversational English is essential, as the role requires frequent communication with Korean staff to clarify inventory, material, and operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transactions through SAP WMS/GMP.
- Audit inventory control and stock management operations.
- Prepare daily inventory and warehouse space reports.
- Manage stock transfers between warehouses.
- Identify, analyze, and follow up on operational issues and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage damaged or deteriorated products.
- Process material code changes and product degradations through the system.
- Follow up on requests and requirements from internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to damaged and deteriorated products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management and control.
- Experience using SAP, preferably SAP WMS/GMP.
- Conversational English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment.

12-hour shifts:
- 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- 4 days working / 3 days off
