We’re looking for a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare consumers, delivering excellent service through inbound and outbound calls.
What you’ll do:
- ? Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally
- ? Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- ? Verify patient and insurance information
- ? Document interactions in CRM/EHR systems
- ? Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with healthcare teams
- ? Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy/HIPAA standards
- ? Meet quality,
productivity, attendance, and service-level goals
What we’re looking for:
- University/college degree required
- Customer service, contact center, healthcare, or patient access experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications
- Healthcare systems experience, such as Epic, is a plus
