✍ Short Description:

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct structured intake interviews to gather case details, build trust and rapport quickly with individuals often calling during a difficult moment, and accurately document sensitive case information in the firm's systems. This is a people-first, detail-driven role adecuado for someone who thrives on the phone, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership of the entire intake conversation independently.

? Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, primarily involving personal injury cases (car accidents,



motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice)
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust quickly with callers
- Conduct structured intake interviews, asking detailed case-related questions without making callers feel interrogated
- Accurately document case information in real time using the firm's CRM/case management systems
- Determine whether prospective clients are a good fit for the firm's services based on established criteria
- De-escalate upset or emotional callers through active listening and empathy
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal, medical, and personal information
- Learn and adapt quickly to legal CRM and case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Litify, HubSpot, or similar)

? Qualifications:

- Direct experience in legal intake within a personal injury law firm
- Experience training or mentoring other intake specialists, indicating seniority and ownership
- Confident, natural phone presence; comfortable with high call volumes
- Strong de-escalation and active listening skills
- Experience with legal CRM/case management systems (Salesforce, Litify, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable taking detailed notes in real time while speaking with clients
- Strong confidentiality practices, including maintaining a private/secure remote workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
