We are seeking a highly skilled Controls & Automation Engineer to drive digitalization initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for designing, programming, integrating, and optimizing automation systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the integration, configuration, and programming of Allen Bradley PLCs to support manufacturing equipment and automated production systems.

✅ Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC applications using Allen Bradley programming tools and Ladder Logic.

✅ Design and configure Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to enhance operator interaction and process visibility.

✅ Implement and support Cognex Vision Systems and computer vision technologies for inspection and automation processes.





✅ Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and process improvements.

✅ Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and productivity.

✅ Support secure and reliable communication between shop-floor equipment and enterprise systems.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine controls, automation systems, PLC programming, and digital manufacturing technologies.

✅ Develop technical documentation, system configurations, operating procedures, and project specifications.

Required Qualifications

✔ Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Programming

✔ Knowledge of Ladder Logic Programming

✔ Experience with HMI Development and Configuration

✔ Hands-on experience with Cognex Vision Systems and computer vision applications

✔ Strong understanding of Industrial PC (IPC) and PLC Control Architectures

✔ Experience in manufacturing automation environments

✔ Familiarity with real-time data visualization and monitoring tools

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
