Our headquarters is in San Diego, CA. We work with a network of independent jewelry sales consultants who each run their projects remotely, on their own schedule.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced independent jewelry sales consultant to engage with clients via chat and written communication, understand their vision, prepare quotes, and guide them through the custom jewelry process.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them bring a custom piece to life, while coordinating with our CAD and production team as needed to get each project done.

What You'd Be Doing

- Communicating with retail customers in real time via chat
- Understanding client goals, inspiration, budget, and vision
- Explaining jewelry styles, materials, gemstones, pricing, and process
- Preparing quotes and guiding clients through design approval
- Managing the client relationship from concept through production completion
- Maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and accurate representation of our products and policies





What We're Looking For

- Jewelry industry experience (custom, retail, or manufacturing)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships independently online
- Able to explain jewelry construction, gemstones, CAD, and production
- Retail sales experience is a strong plus
- Ability to create rough jewelry sketches is a plus
- GIA certifications (Graduate Jeweler, Graduate Gemologist, etc.) are a plus
- Operating as an established business entity (LLC or S-corp) is a strong plus

How This Works

- This is an independent contractor engagement (1099), not employment.
- You choose your schedule, and working location. You need to regularly check your projects including during weekends.
- We anticipate offering qualifying consultants a steady flow of incoming client leads, though volume is not guaranteed
- Optional daily coordination check-ins are available if useful to you
- Open to independent consultants based in the United States or South America

Compensation

- Paid per projects handled, plus commission on completed sales
