- Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day deskside/end-user support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist with device imaging, deployment, and upgrades.

- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and enterprise tools.

- Handle printer, scanner, and peripheral device support.

- Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation of all support activities.

- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.

- Provide support for scheduled rollouts, migrations, or IT projects.

- Communicate effectively with end-users and ensure high-quality service.

- Required Skills & Experience

- 2 years of hands-on experience in EUC/Desktop support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, laptop/desktop hardware, and peripheral devices.

- Experience with device imaging and deployment (SCCM, Intune, or similar).

- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPN, and remote support tools.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
