Senior E-commerce / Digital Designer

We’re looking to hire a strong, highly independent designer who can work across e-commerce, digital, and brand design. They should have excellent taste and craft, and be able to take a brief, understand the objective, and execute at a high level without heavy creative direction or hand-holding.

Must-Haves

- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong digital/e-commerce design
- Advanced Figma skills — should live comfortably in Figma and work quickly
- Excellent layout, composition, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused e-commerce creative, not just aesthetically good design
- Able to design across:
- Amazon listing images and A+
- DTC websites / landing pages
- Storefronts
- Packaging + inserts
- Digital ads / campaign creative
- New product launches
- Strong Photoshop / image compositing and retouching skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and keeping up with new creative workflows




- Extremely detail-oriented with strong visual QA
- Fast and autonomous — can interpret a brief, make smart design decisions, and run with projects independently
- Strong enough design judgment to know when something doesn’t look right without being told
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting to different visual identities

Strong Plus

- Product color rendering / recoloring experience
- Experience creating realistic product composites in AI and manipulating photography
- Packaging / print production knowledge
- Experience developing color palettes, patterns, and visual directions for new product launches
- Familiarity with e-commerce design and performance-driven creative
- Ability to spot trends without blindly following them and translate them into commercially relevant design
