We are looking for professionals with the right pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or healthcare background who are ready to move into Epic.

What You'll Bring

Required

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT or a related environment.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Experience with ticketing or support systems.
- Understanding of medication management workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards; HIPAA preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and research skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to Have

- Epic experience or certification.
- EHR/EMR experience.
- U.S. healthcare experience.
- Healthcare technology or consulting experience.

- ? What You'll Do

· Support medication management workflows and system requests.

· Configure and maintain medication information, including names, dosages, and presentations.

· Manage tickets, documentation, and system updates.

· Provide support to physicians,



nurses, and pharmacy teams.

· Validate changes and ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Collaborate with clinical and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.

? What We're Looking For

- Degree/background in Pharmacology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Experience with ticketing/support systems.
- Understanding of medication management workflows.
- Healthcare compliance knowledge; HIPAA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change.
- Advanced English.
