Role Title: Azure .NET Full Stack App Support Engineer

Role Description The Azure .NET Full Stack Production Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining business-critical applications built on .NET / ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The role requires strong hands-on experience in application support, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, bug fixes, minor enhancements, deployment support, and continuous improvement of support processes to ensure stable, reliable, and SLA-compliant production operations.

Primary Skill Set

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor applications and resolve production issues within SLA
- Troubleshoot .NET APIs and Angular UI issues




- Perform RCA and bug fixes / minor enhancements
- Support Azure-hosted applications (App Services, Azure SQL, monitoring)
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Assist in deployments via Azure DevOps
- Maintain documentation and improve support processes

Required Skills

- Experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core debugging
- Knowledge of Angular (issue tracing & API integration)
- Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (monitoring & support)
- Strong SQL Server skills
- Experience in production/application support
