TU FUNCIÓN:
The Customer Service Support Office representative is responsible for all administrative operations related a customer’s purchase orders, claims, disputes, customer care and master data, ensuring that customer-related activities are carried out daily. It is done within the company's procedures and quality standards, also adhering to current business standards.




Customer Service Support Office representative teams will be organized by functions and are responsible for a specific process shared as below:
Sales Order Process: Order entry, Modification, Cancellation, Check & Validation, Scrap sales, Free of Charge orders, third party management, Service Orders, Consignment orders and Scheduling agreement management.
Pre-sales: Quotation and Quantity Contracts. -Issue resolution: Reactive: Customer MD management. Proactive: Delivery Generation Monitoring, Proactive Delivery Issue Mgmt, Outstanding Delivery Document Cleansing.
Delivery Process: Creation, modification and monitoring, Issue resolution, Batch prolongation/ shelf life request Order & delivery optimization.
