As a Healthcare Professional - Onboarding Specialist - Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients within the Risk and Compliance sector, focusing on risk management. This position involves engaging with clients to facilitate smooth onboarding processes, confirming that their needs are met with precision and care. As an Associate, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will develop your skills and knowledge, contributing to client projects while building meaningful connections.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of our Managed Services team within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into the broader objectives of your projects and how they align with our overall strategy. This position offers a platform for personal growth, allowing you to deepen your understanding of the business context and adapt to its evolving nature.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client onboarding processes within healthcare managed services
- Assisting in the implementation and oversight of compliance programs
- Conducting risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies for client engagements
- Collaborating with teams to enhance risk management frameworks and solutions
- Engaging in contract review and risk monitoring to support client objectives
- Facilitating training sessions to promote compliance and risk awareness
- Utilizing data security measures to protect confidential client information
- Participating in the development of governance frameworks for healthcare clients
- Contributing to the evaluation and reporting of compliance risks and issues
- Applying investigative decision-making skills to address compliance challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
- Utilizing skills in Compliance Program Implementation and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Engaging in Contractual Risk Mitigation and Contract Review
- Applying Investigative Decision Making in Risk Analysis and Risk Evaluation
- Excelling in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies
- Participating in Governance Framework and Risk Governance initiativesTravel Requirements
