Role Description: The Industrial Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. This role supports the sales team with daily activities such as preparing quotes, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date customer and product information.

The Industrial Sales

Assistant interacts with clients to provide information on product availability, basic technical specifications, and order status, ensuring responsive and professional service. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with logistics for timely shipments, organizing sales documentation, assisting with follow-ups on leads,



and supporting inventory checks for key industrial and autobody products. The role also involves collaborating with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to sales targets through accurate, efficient administrative and customer support.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Sales-related skills, including basic sales support and familiarity with industrial products.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage orders, documentation, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM tools) and basic data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, and collaborate in a fast-paced industrial sales environment.
- Experience in industrial distribution, automotive, or related sectors is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or logistics is beneficial.
