Intake Specialist

Location: 100% Onsite

Our client is a well-established U.S. law firm specializing in Personal Injury and Workers'

Compensation cases. They are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.

This role goes beyond administrative intake. The adecuado candidate is someone who can build trust, demonstrate empathy, and effectively guide prospects through the initial consultation process, ultimately converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and existing clients in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct initial case assessments and gather relevant information regarding potential claims.
- Build rapport and establish trust with individuals who may be experiencing difficult or stressful situations.
- Evaluate lead quality and determine eligibility based on established criteria.
- Clearly explain next steps and guide prospects through the intake process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firm's case management systems.




- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case onboarding.
- Consistently meet intake and conversion goals.

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience as an Intake Specialist.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients and processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience handling inbound calls from prospects and clients.
- Experience qualifying leads and gathering initial case information.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales mindset with demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients.
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using Lead Docket.
- Previous experience in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, or similar legal fields.
- Legal studies or law-related background (preferred but not required).
