Objective of the position

Support ERP and SAP management, IT asset management, IT service management, and IT business operations.

Typical tasks:

- ERP and SAP system support and management
- SAP user and system support
- IT Project Support
- IT Business Management (Budget and Contract)
- Microsoft Office 365 support
- IT network management
- IT system architecture support (server, database, Windows OS)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or related field
- IT Project Support experience
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Desirable experience in SAP and ERP systems
- Desirable experience in MS Office 365 support
- Conversational English (required)
