Role: Senior AI Trainer Supply Chain / Logisticians

Type: Short-Term Contract (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $82 per hour

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Create and evaluate high-difficulty supply chain and logistics tasks and gold-standard solutions.
- Develop scenarios covering S&OP;/IBP, supply chain network design, inventory optimization, integral distribution, and supply chain risk management.
- Analyze complex operational data and evaluate trade-offs involving service levels, working capital, inventory, capacity, and logistics costs.
- Develop realistic corporate scenarios and executive-level deliverables such as network modeling proposals, safety stock frameworks, S&OP; materials, freight tender evaluations, and disruption contingency plans.
- Review AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, operational feasibility, and practical relevance.
- Define task context, required data sources, expected deliverables, and evaluation criteria.
- Review and calibrate team outputs against established quality standards.
- Verify task feasibility, technical accuracy, and practical realism using available tools, datasets,



and simulated enterprise environments.

Requirements

- 8 15 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Global Planning.
- Strong expertise in S&OP;/IBP cycles, supply chain network design, inventory strategy and optimization, and end-to-end distribution logistics.
- Proven experience producing executive-level supply chain deliverables, including network models, safety stock policies, S&OP; materials, freight evaluations, and contingency plans.
- Advanced ability to analyze operational data, identify supply chain bottlenecks, and evaluate strategic trade-offs.
- Experience assessing both the quality of final deliverables and the underlying strategic rationale.
- APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are strongly preferred.
- Experience creating high-difficulty prompts, complex corporate scenarios, or evaluation rubrics for AI models is strongly preferred.
