Role: Senior AI Trainer Physicians & Surgeons

Type: Short-Term Contract (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $95 per hour

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Versátil, up to 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Create and evaluate high-difficulty medical and clinical tasks for AI training and evaluation.
- Develop realistic clinical scenarios covering diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medical guideline interpretation, and patient safety.
- Produce expert-level clinical deliverables such as clinical management plans, diagnostic workups, surgical consultation notes, treatment protocols, and clinical case studies.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, technical precision, patient safety, and alignment with current medical standards.
- Synthesize complex patient histories, laboratory results, imaging, and clinical symptoms to assess diagnostic and treatment pathways.
- Review and calibrate team outputs and provide expert feedback.
- Ensure clinical scenarios and solutions align with current guidelines, project requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

- 8+ years of post-residency clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient,



or surgical settings, with active clinical practice within the last 3 years.
- MD, DO, or regionally equivalent medical qualification, with active or recent specialty board certification.
- Deep expertise in complex diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, evidence-based treatment planning, medical guideline interpretation, and patient safety.
- Proven experience producing high-level medical deliverables, including clinical management plans, diagnostic workups, surgical consultation notes, treatment protocol revisions, and clinical case studies.
- Strong ability to evaluate complex clinical scenarios and competing diagnostic or treatment pathways.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy and patient safety.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clinical scenarios, evaluation rubrics, assessments, and gold-standard solutions.
- Ability to work independently, own quality, and incorporate calibration feedback.
