We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (L3) with extensive expertise in Oracle database migrations, upgrades, modernization initiatives, and large-scale production support. The candidate will own end-to-end migration activities, including assessment, planning, execution, cutover, post-migration validation, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness.

The adecuado candidate should possess strong experience managing mission-critical Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, 21c) in enterprise environments with exposure to RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, Cloud migrations, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Database Administration

- Manage and maintain Oracle production, UAT, DR, and development databases.
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, GoldenGate, and OEM.
- Ensure database availability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Support 24x7 critical database infrastructure.

Migration & Modernization Leadership





- Lead end-to-end Oracle database migrations across platforms and versions.
- Execute Oracle-to-Oracle version upgrades (11g/12c to 19c/21c).
- Plan and execute Linux-to-Linux, Unix-to-Linux, On-Prem to Cloud migrations.
- Perform database consolidation and modernization initiatives.
- Lead migration assessments, dependency mapping, and cutover planning.
- Develop rollback strategies and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams during migration events
