MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 3 years’ experience of pricing analytics in a highly competitive pricing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

- 3 years’ experience of pricing analytics in a highly competitive pricing environment
- Extracting, analysing, manipulating, and updating large volumes of data
- Working with ERP systems; creating and modifying customer price lists




- Aptitude for mathematics and statistics to analyse trends
- Ability to solve complex problems that involve competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience of Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Desirable: Relevant experience in Medical Device/Healthcare organisations
- Desirable: Developing Power BI reports
- Desirable: Power Query, VBA or SQL
- English advanced / written and conversational

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Designing, building, and assuming ownership of the pricing models
- Monitors and reports on the results of pricing adjustments identify major deviations, and ensures accuracy and integrity in the output of performance reports
- Perform margin and pricing analysis to support business initiatives
- Control, create, monitor, and update customer price lists and agreements, across multiple ERP systems
- Develop a system of communication, documentation, and review of pricing data
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments when delivering pricing analytics for current and proposed product ranges, providing support to highlight pricing risks and opportunities
- Dealing with pricing queries
- Proactively improving the pricing process, including working with IT to develop existing and new tools
- Supporting contracts and tenders by providing insightful pricing analysis
