General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Connect with clients, candidates and vendors over emails and Service desk (phone calls).
- Ensuring high quality and timely recruitment work like offer letter generation, logistics management, onboarding activities, pre emp medical checks, Background checks, etc.
- Maintaining data for self in excel.
- Reporting errors and issues to the Team leader on time.
- Responsible for processing the HR data correctly with expected quality in a tight SLA driven environment.
- Interact with the client /employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via IM and email.
- Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Should participate/drive client’s meetings and resolve queries.
- Responsible for documentation management.
- Assisting Team Leads with periodic Service delivery data as and when required.
