We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. This role is adecuado for someone who already has hands-on experience with Salesforce development and wants to continue growing their technical and functional skills in a collaborative environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce features such as flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.
- Support testing activities, including unit tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs,
performance issues, and deployment problems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce development.
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience working with Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Salesforce CPQ.
