Salary: MXN $25,908.75 Gross Monthly .

Main Responsibilities: Support the month-end close process and assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports . Code and categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other client systems . Prepare payroll, accrual, recurring, and adjusting journal entries .

Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, while actively resolving discrepancies . Maintain accurate general ledgers, account schedules, and supporting workflow documentation .



Serve as a primary day-to-day contact to respond to routine accounting queries from U.S. clients .

Idóneo Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based companies .

Technical Skills: Experience completing account reconciliations, coding transactions, and utilizing QuickBooks Online (preferred) .

Languages: Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients .

Competencies: Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously .
