Job Overview

Our client is looking for aBilingual Patient Services Representativeto serve as the voice of their orthodontic practice, managing all inbound and outbound patient communications through RingCentral. This is a fully remote role designed to keep the in-office team focused on patients in the waiting room while you handle appointment reminders, patient updates, and general reception duties. You'll be the bilingual bridge connecting the practice with its English and Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring every call is handled professionally, warmly, and efficiently.

Client Overview

Our client is a thriving orthodontic practice based in the United States serving a diverse patient community. They're committed to delivering exceptional patient care while leveraging modern technology to create efficient, remote-friendly operations. This practice values focused, distraction-free service for patients both in the office and over the phone.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Answer and manage all incoming patient calls using RingCentral phone system
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Provide bilingual support in both English and Spanish to diverse patient base
- Update and confirm patient information during phone interactions
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed
- Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, scheduling, and general practice information
- Maintain professional and warm communication that reflects the practice's commitment to patient care
- Document call notes and patient updates accurately in practice systems

Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)




- Previous experience working in healthcare or medical office settings
- Proven experience using RingCentral or similar VoIP phone systems
- Strong receptionist or administrative assistant background
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for taking patient calls
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

- Orthodontic or dental office experience
- Previous remote work experience in a patient-facing role
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software used in medical practices
