Overview:
Our client is a growing healthcare organization serving the Latino community, seeking aBilingual HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialistfluent in written and spoken Spanish and English to support their newly integrated HubSpot CRM, expand marketing efforts, and strengthen culturally relevant outreach and community engagement.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of a newly integrated HubSpot CRM system for a mission-driven healthcare organization. This will allow you to build marketing automation workflows from the ground up while supporting outreach efforts to the Latino community. You'll work directly with leadership to transform their CRM into a powerful marketing engine, with room to grow your expertise as their platform matures.
Schedule
- Flexible during client business hours; Pacific Standard Time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Navigate and manage HubSpot CRM daily to support marketing and outreach initiatives
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows within the HubSpot platform
- Configure CRM fields, pipelines, and data structures to align with business needs
- Create and maintain contact lists and segmentation for targeted campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts
- Provide technical guidance on HubSpot features and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new marketing tools and features
- Ensure data integrity and accurate tracking across the CRM system
Must-Have Requirements
- Professional proficiency in bothSpanish and English, written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience working withHubSpot CRMplatform
- Ability to navigate HubSpot tools independently and troubleshoot common issues
- Strong understanding ofCRM data managementand organization
- Experience with marketing automation or email campaign tools
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new platform features
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Bonus if you have experience working with Latino or multicultural audiences
- It helps if you have background in healthcare or community outreach organizations
- Bonus if you have HubSpot certifications or formal training
- It helps if you have experience building CRM systems from initial setup
